This is a concept redesign of Sephora's homepage — one of the world's most recognised beauty e-commerce brands. The goal was to modernise the layout, improve visual hierarchy, and create a more immersive shopping experience that converts browsers into buyers.
The redesign focuses on bold hero sections that highlight promotions like "Celebrate Pay Day" with clear CTAs, improved product grid layouts for featured collections such as "Father's Day Fragrances" and "Beauty Picks Just For You", and a cleaner overall structure that guides the customer naturally from discovery to purchase.
This project demonstrates the ability to work at scale — understanding how a global brand communicates, then improving it with stronger design decisions while staying true to the brand's identity.
