1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the NextByt website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Our Services

NextByt provides digital creative services including, but not limited to:

• Website design and development
• Logo and brand identity design
• Social media marketing and content creation
• UI/UX design
• Graphic design
• Architecture and 3D visualisation
• Interior design concepts

The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for each project are agreed upon separately in a project proposal or contract.

3. Payments & Fees

Payment terms are outlined in each individual project agreement. Generally:

• A deposit is required before work commences
• Final payment is due upon project completion or as agreed in the contract
• Late payments may incur additional charges
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

4. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, all final deliverables created specifically for you become your property. NextByt retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

All preliminary concepts, drafts, and unused designs remain the intellectual property of NextByt.

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the smooth delivery of your project, you agree to:

• Provide accurate briefs, assets, and feedback in a timely manner
• Ensure you have the rights to any content, images, or materials you supply to us
• Review and approve deliverables within agreed timeframes
• Not hold NextByt liable for delays caused by late client feedback

6. Revisions

The number of revisions included in a project is outlined in the project proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may be charged at our standard hourly rate.

7. Limitation of Liability

NextByt will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the total fees paid for the project in question.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, you will be invoiced for all work completed up to the termination date. Deposits are non-refundable.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
